Apparently, Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s “(Watch) The Throne” compilation project has inspired Chris Rock in one way or another.
The comedian revealed to Vulture that he wants to team up with Dave Chappelle for a joint nationwide stand-up comedy tour!
“I’ve been talking to Chappelle a lot. Been trying to get Chappelle to go on tour. You know I’m not the hard one,” he said, laughing. “But I’m trying to make that happen. After seeing [Kanye and Jay-Z’s tour], I was like, ‘Me and Dave should do this.”
Convincing Chappelle to go on tour is like getting a fat girl to lay off the debbie cakes. We don’t see it happening … but if it does, we know it will be epic!
