Big Sean appeared in court yesterday to be arraigned on sexual assault charges.
As we previously reported, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper was arrested in early August after a woman claimed he and an associate sexually assaulted her during a concert. The two were charged with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
Well as it turns out … the woman is 17 years old and a judge ordered a gag rule on the trial because the victim is underage.
According to Buffalo News, Big Sean and his associate are due back in court on October 11th, where they could possibly face a grand jury.
Hopefully, they didn’t “do it” (in Big Sean’s voice).
