R&B singer Alicia Keys and her husband, rapper/producer Swizz Beatz, were spotted out in the SoHo district of New York City Thursday afternoon (Jul 7) with their 8-month-old son Egypt Dean in tow.
Ever since welcoming their baby last October … the Deans have successfully kept his face hidden from public eye (and the lense of the paparazzi). But look at him now!
