Eminem has made history for himself and Hip-Hop.
The rapper’s 2nd album The Marshall Mathers LP has officially been certified diamond by the RIAA.
Released on the Aftermath/Interscope imprint in 2000, the album moved 1.7 million units in its first week alone! And 11 years later the project has sold over 10 million units in the US alone.
But wait, there’s more. His 3rd LP The Eminem Show has also reached diamond sale status.
This landmarks Em as the only rapper to have two diamond albums in the whole of rap history.
