Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted as they left the swanky Le Meurice Hotel Wednesday afternoon (Apr 20). The couple were headed to L’Avenue restaurant where they had a family dinner with Beyonce’s little nephew Julez and his dad Daniel Smith (Solange’s ex husband).
