Drake recently learned that being a “rude boy”doesn’t always pay off in Jamaica

According to Missinfo.tv, this past Monday night (March 14), The Young Money MC nearly found himself sitting in a foreign jail cell  after testing Jamaica strict policy on cursing onstage.

Reports say that an  overexcited Drizzy let the word “blood clot,” which is considered an expletive in Jamaica, fly out of his mouth during his brief appearance as Mavado’s special guest at the Brit Jam 2011 concert. Luckily the over emotional rapper was only issued a warning by police to not use that kind of language again.

“Jamaica is very strict [about it’s no cursing policy],” Andrew Anguin, Brit Jam’s Marketing Manager, told XXLMag.com via a phone call from Montego Bay. “The officer just asked [Drake] that he not curse any more. He was just passing through. He wasn’t slated to perform, so he just stopped. He wasn’t in any trouble. He came off the stage and that was that.”

After cursing, the Toronto import saluted Jamaican artist Mavado (who starred in Drizzy’s video for “Find Your Love” last year) and his team, before getting off the stage.

Drake better be glad he didn’t get cuffed. They would’ve put that chicken flap hand of his to real “good” use behind bars. SMH…
