Word on the street is that actress turned “singer” Gwyneth Paltrow wants to make some music with Jay-Z!
Just prior to performing at Sunday night’s Oscars, Paltrow explained to Project Runway‘s Tim Gunn on the red carpet:
“I think [Jay-Z and I would] be a good combination. He is a genius – and I’m his biggest fan.”
Paltrow is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who is good friends with Jay-Z and has already made music with the rapper in the past.
“I think [he would be] very happy,” Paltrow said when asked what her husband would think of the collab.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Jay-Z on a track? It will be interesting to see what these two could cook up! Psssst Gwyn, if all else fails you can always ask your BFF Beyonce to put in a good word for ya! 😉
