A week isn’t truly a week unless one of the Kardashian girls has a new story in the tabloids. In this week’s edition of OK Magazine, a source reveals that Kourtney Kardashian and her longtime boyfriend Scott Disick plan on getting married before the end of 2011.
Though the reality TV stars have gone through a lot of ups and downs, a family friend says that the couple have never been happier, and they’re secretly engaged!
“Kourtney and Scott are getting married this year,” a friend of the lovebirds tells OK! “Kourtney is thrilled about it. She loves Scott, and she wants to be his wife. She’s already looking at dresses and other details.”
However…..in a very unsurprising move, Kourtney Kardashian herself has blasted the new “exclusive” cover story, which hinted that Scott would propose to Kourt on the season finale of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.” Taking to her Twitter account to set the record straight early Wednesday (Feb 16), Kourtney said:
“WOW!! Where do the mags come up with this stuff? And claiming exclusives? Come on now.”
Another source close to the couple also spoke on the fake story:
“Absolutely not! This is crazy!”
A show insider also noted:
“We WISH they would get engaged! But no news yet…They have promised to let us know if and when they pop the question!”
But even though wedding bells aren’t in their near future, Kourt and Scott are doing just fine. The couple spent Valentine’s Day together at a Black Keys concert before heading back home to spend the rest of the evening with their 1-year-old son Mason.
“The Black Keys were performing! They had just won 4 grammys the night before. We actually left right after the concert to take a car back home to Mason, our sweetest Valentine,” Kourtney wrote on her official blog.
