When you’ve found success on reality TV once, why not try it again?

Many may remember when now-former Danity Kane member Abrey O’Day, 26, rose to fame during her time on Diddy‘s hit reality MTV show “Making the Band 3.” Those who followed the bodacious blond through the years may also remember when Diddy fired her on that same show a few years later. Since then, O’Day’s career hasn’t really exploded like she had hoped, and now she is planning a new reality show centered around her comeback.

The show, titled “The Aubrey O’Day Project,” will be aired on Oxygen. Cameras will follow O’Day as she works with a team of industry professionals, who will assist her as she records a solo album for her comeback.

Senior VP of original programming and development at Oxygen Amy Introcaso-Davis said:

“Young women have watched the ups and downs of Aubrey through the years, and they continue to cheer her on. We’re excited to deliver her story as she battles the issues that resonate with our audience, from self-doubt and body image to an intense desire for success and redemption.”

Since being fired from DK, O’Day has appeared in Playboy, performed in “Hairspray” on Broadway and in the burlesque “Peepshow” in Las Vegas.
