Young pop star Justin Bieber was spotted recently walking the streets of New York City with a mystery black girl. The twosome were heading to a Boston Market on 58th and 10th in Manhattan Tuesday (Mar 23) to grab a bite to eat following Justin’s appearance on ABC’s “The View.”
Once these pics hit the web, all of the blogs started speculating that this mystery woman just might be JB’s girlfriend. But after a little research, we found out that the woman pictured above is Justin’s publicist Melissa Victor, who is also the Senior Director of Publicity for the 16-year-old’s record label, Island/Def Jam.
