Usher Raymond V was born in Atlanta, GA at 9:55 P.M., and weighed in at 7 pounds 9 ounces, according to a statement released by the proud parents. “We are so happy and proud of our beautiful son,” the couple said. “What a blessing!” The family is expected to return home sometime today.
