In a series of cruel tweets, the former video vixen — who used to go by the infamous name “Superhead” — annihilated the mystery man and made him look like a complete fool.

From accusing him of having a small penis to revealing that she has been cheating on him with his favorite rapper, Karrine goes all the way in!
