Pop legend Elton John and his longtime partner of 17 years David Furnish celebrated the birth of their child (via surrogate mother) on Christmas Day.
And now, nearly one month later, the couple are showing off their new son Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John on the cover of the latest issue of US Weekly!
“I’ve never felt anything like it in my life,” Elton John, 63, said about his son for the first time. “You’re so awestruck. What can you say? You take it in. The feeling, the joy, the warmth of his body, his breathing…I will never forget that experience ever.”
48-year-old David Furnish added: “He’s a content little guy…He just loves to be nurtured, cuddled, and sung to.”
