Kris Humphries is having the worst week ever.
He told TMZ yesterday that he was he was shocked and “devastated” to learn that Kim Kardashian had filed for divorce after only 72 days of marriage.
“I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work,” he said.

If you haven’t been living under a rock for the past year, you should know that Mindless Behavior, comprised of teenagers Prodigy, Princeton, Roc Royal and Ray Ray, have collectively made the world stop and pay attention to what they’re doing as the biggest break-out R&B group of the new decade.
Known for their hit singles “My Girl” and “Mrs. Right,” and more recently “Girls Talkin Bout,” Mindless Behavior was put together in Los Angeles in 2008 by Keisha Gamble (who is still their manager today), Walter Millsap (who has previously worked with artists such as Beyonce and Timbaland) and producer Vincent Herbert (Lady Gaga, Toni Braxton) after an audition process.
They not only trained extensively in dance and singing, but also developed themselves as artists for two years before releasing their debut single “My Girl” in 2010. And within months, the teen R&B/Pop sensations (at only 13 years old) were already performing on big national TV shows like the “Today” show.
On September 20th 2011, Mindless Behavior released their debut album “#1 Girl,” which opened on the Billboard 200 album chart at an impressive No. 7.
Having already previously toured with major acts like Justin Bieber, the Backstreet Boys and even Janet Jackson (as her sole opening act), Mindless Behavior flexed their touring muscles once again this summer by headlining the first ever BET Closer to My Dreams Tour alongside fellow newcomers Diggy Simmons, Lil Twist, Tyga and others.
Now the group is headlining another major tour: the legendary “Scream Tour,” which has been regenerated with up and coming acts like their former BET tour-mate Diggy, Jacob Latimore, Hamilton Park and the OMG Girlz.
With the group continuing their journey to success, just before they hit the stage in Atlanta last week, the talented group of 14-year-olds took some time out of their hectic touring schedule to talk to Gossip On This about touring, girls, their favorite boy bands, how Michael Jackson and others inspire them, school, what they do in their free time when they’re not touring and making music, and more!

Jay-Z and Kanye West kicked off their highly anticipated “Watch the Throne” Tour in front of a sold-out crowd at the Philips Arena in Atlanta last Friday night.
According to several reviews, the show started almost 2 hours late, but once the lights dropped and the Hip-Hop titans took the stage, the crowd went “H.A.M” (just like the first song on the set list).
The “visually spectacular show,” as USA Today noted, took place on three separate stages: a T-shaped main stage where both performers entertained the crowd together, as well as two cube-shaped “mini-stages” strategically placed at each end of the arena where the rappers performed separately.

Police say a man roasting a raccoon in a Memphis, Tennessee parking lot Monday led them to a meth lab that landed his brother in jail.
Officers found the man grilling the raccoon in the back parking lot of a midtown apartment complex.

The “Lemonade” rapper appeared in court on Friday and was denied a reduction in his jail sentence stemming from an incident back in January when he pushed a woman out of his vehicle after she declined his offer to pay her for sex.
With the ink barely dry on their marriage license, Kim Kardashian will reportedly file for divorce from her husband Kris Humphries this morning after only 72 days of marriage!
According to TMZ, the paperwork has already been started, and the date of separation is listed as today, October 31st 2011.

During a recent interview with a Washington radio station, Justin Bieber said that he believes that Senator Amy Klobuchar should be “locked up” because of her bill that would make it a felony to illegally stream copyrighted content on sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
“Whoever she is, she needs to know that I’m saying she needs to be locked up — put away in cuffs,” Bieber told Hot 99.5 host Kane. “I just think that’s ridiculous.”
Klobuchar’s bill, known as the “Bieber Bill” or S.978, the Commercial Felony Streaming Act, states:

Animal Control officers found more than 150 cats, dead and alive, inside a Maryland home after a raid last week in one of the worst cases of animal abuse in the history of the state of Maryland. (And probably anywhere else for that matter!)
68 of the cats were dead, and their bodies were in plastic bags, coolers and shallow graves at the home. Officers took the 89 living cats they found on the property to a local vet where some had to unfortunately be euthanized due to their poor physical condition.
The cats that were able to survive are being assessed in hopes that they be can be adopted.
Neighbors say they were fully aware of the homeowner’s problem with animal hoarding. One neighbor told reporters, “I think everyone knows about the smell. Anytime that we went by, there was a smell.”
“When they are in different forms of decomposition, the odor is tremendous,” Harold Domer of the Frederick County Animal Control center said. “When we served the warrant on that Tuesday, we had a device that measured the ammonia smell and it was over 300 particles per million. That does require gas masks.”
Some neighbors say the owner of the home had been saving the lives of unwanted cats.
“Everybody knows around here, if you’ve got a cat you don’t want, you throw it in her yard, it’s going to be alright,” Brent Geouge said. “Because if you take it to the animal shelter, they’re going to kill it.”
The homeowner now faces a number of charges, including animal neglect, which could put her in prison for up to 90 days. She could also receive a $1,000 fine for each count of animal neglect.

Usher was just minding his business in Atlanta last weekend when an angry woman picked a fight with the singer because he had parked in a handicap spot.
Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that Usher had just arrived to a shopping center near the Little 5 Points Halloween Parade (that explains the guy in the Elvis costume) and that’s when the woman saw the R&B singer’s SUV occupying a handicap parking spot.
