Tragic model Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose, according to Florida police. The 39-year-old was found dead in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on February 8 – five months after the death of her 20-year-old son Daniel in the Bahamas. Seminole Tribe Police Chief Charlie Tiger and Broward County, Florida Chief Medical Examiner Dr Joshua Perper announced results of the model’s autopsy in Dania, Florida at 10am local time this morning. Tiger said there was nothing to indicate foul play in her death and the case was now closed.

“We are convinced, based on an extensive review of the evidence, that this case is an accidental overdose with no other criminal element present. We have reviewed hundreds of hours of video, tape captured by the hotel security cameras and we found nothing unusual.” Tiger said a laptop belong to the model’s boyfriend Howard Stern similarly revealed “nothing to indicate any foul play.”

Perper said there was “no evidence of disease” in Smith’s body, but she had been feeling ill and had a high temperature prior to her collapse. He added he had searched numerous medical records and studied numerous bottles of medication in her possession, including Methadone, anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication. An investigation into Daniel’s death is scheduled to begin in the Bahamas tomorrow. Meanwhile, Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern, ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt are submitting DNA tests to determine which man is the father of the model’s six-month-old baby Dannielynn.

Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy report is set to be released on Monday, following weeks of speculation over the star’s death. Brower County, Florida, medical examiner Joshua Pepper will release his findings at a press conference with Seminole Police chief Charlie Tiger. Pepper postponed the determination of the cause of the tragic model/actress’ death last month after police provided him with additional evidence, admitting at the time it would take his staff up to five weeks to determine how the star died. But Pepper admitted at the February press conference his initial autopsy had ruled out “any kind of physical injuries, such as blunt-forced trauma, gunshot wound, stab wounds or asphyxia” as a cause of death, but added he “saw something that looked a little bit unusual” in Smith’s heart. The former Playboy model was found dead in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on February 8.

I’m mad they’re holding a press conference to announce her autopsy results. If they know now, why not just tell us? No disrespect to Anna or her memory, but this thing has gone on long enough; this is all news outlets have been talking about for the past month…

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson missed out on a lucrative corporate gig deal because her demands upset organizers. Hudson was slated to perform at coffee chain Starbucks’ annual shareholders meeting in Seattle, Washington, but the company bosses balked at her needs and pulled the plug on the show. According to website TMZ, the singer wanted five cars, hair and make-up artists, security, humidifiers and chicken wings all paid for as part of her deal. And when Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz saw the rider list, he cancelled the show because he didn’t like the way the agent was dealing with his people. Sources claim Hudson knew nothing about the demands that were being made on her behalf.

Hmm, looks like someone needs to be on the hunt for a new agent! That’s some shady business right there…

Just when rumors of T.I. & Tiny breaking up surface, devastating news like this hits hard…

It is with great sadness that I have to be the bearer of such unfortunate news. However, I have received numerous emails, and phone calls from creditable sources of a very discerning nature. T.I.’s long time girlfriend and Baby’s mother, as well as former Xscape member — Tameka “Tiny” Cottle has allegedly miscarried their soon to be expecting bundle of joy. While the details are sketchy at the moment, what I can tell you is that she was roughly five months pregnant, and is currently recovering at an Atlanta hospital. Out of respect for the Hip-Hop couple I will not post which hospital Tiny is recovering at. Just know that she is enduring a lot right now and her privacy, here at SOHH.com, will be respected. A lot can change in 28 days, or so they say! After checking into the Promises rehab facility in Malibu, California a month ago from today (Feb 21), Britney Spears has officially been released. Upon her exit from Promises, Britney Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, told the world she had successfully completed her rehab program, and now she is asking for privacy while she rebuilds her life. Now, here’s the thing … the actual program for normal, non-Britney people is like 45 days. So the big question remains: Was 28 days long enough for Britney Spears to turn her life around? We’ll find out this weekend! *wink*

Vivica A. Fox has danced with the stars. Now, she has ridden with the police, as well. The 40-year-old actor was busted Tuesday night for drunk driving after the California Highway Patrol pulled her over for speeding, according to an arrest report obtained by E! News. Per the CHP’s report, officers spotted Fox’s silver Cadillac SRX traveling eastbound at 10:57 p.m. on Los Angeles’ 101 Freeway “at a high rate of speed” and drifting in and out of its lane. After clocking the vehicle going 80 miles-per-hour, officers pulled Fox over and observed that she was exhibiting “signs of alcohol intoxication.” The Kill Bill Vol. 1 assassin failed a series of field sobriety tests, the CHP said, and was taken to the L.A. Police Department’s Van Nuys Jail, where she took two Breathalyzer tests that showed her blood-alcohol level was higher than California’s 0.08 percent legal limit. Fox was booked and released on her own recognizance. She will also have to appear in court at a later date.

My question is .. what the hell was she doing out so EARLY driving drunk?? Most DUIs don’t happen ’til, say .. 2, 3, 4 A.M. Shit it was barely 11 PM and she was drunk! Haha must’ve been one helluva party!
