R&B singer/songwriter R. Kelly recently took to his Twitter and made a comment to his fans regarding his hip-hopera “Trapped in the Closet.” The series debuted in 2005 with the five original chapters on his album TP.3 Reloaded. Since then, he has released 22 chapters and by the looks of it, he plans to release more, but only if his fans want it:
A question been going around back and forth in my mind because I’ve been hearing a lot of people talk about “Trapped in the Closet”; people been asking what “the package” is…ya’ll know I’m not [gonna] give ya’ll that. But I just finished up fifteen more chapters but before I start releasing this stuff, I need to know…you know I’m at my best when I’m on it. I need to know if this is what you guys want from me. Ya’ll let me know because I’m ready.
So that leaves one question: do we want another set of Trapped in the Closets? The series left off with a pretty big cliff-hanger (a rumor about “the package” circulating) but at the same time, anyone who’s seen all of them will know that the original five were the best and they got a bit ridiculous as time went on. But if you want more, let Kellz know by sending him an @reply on his Twitter. For those who have no idea what Trapped in the Closet is, we’ve included the first chapter after the break.
FYI: There are too many damn chapters to post them all here (LOL) so get to searching on YouTube for the rest!
