Lady Gaga sure knows how to cause a stir and wants to mix the pot even this Easter weekend!
According to recent reports, Gaga has pissed off Christian groups — once again — for wanting to release her “Judas” video over the important holy holiday and for playing Mary Magdalene.
Bill Donahue, president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, has openly damned the timing of the release. He explained to The Mirror: “She is trying to rip off Christian idolatry to shore up her talentless, mundane and boring performances. Another ex-Catholic whose head is turned around… Is this the only way to jet up her performance?”
Born This Way is Gaga’s second album, which is due to be released worldwide on May 23rd. “Juda”s is the second single from the project.
