R. Kelly hits the strip club and pops bottles with DJ Khaled and Ace Hood in the music video for “It’s On,” a sing from the R&B crooner’s upcoming album “Black Panties,” which he has dubbed “the new 12 Play,” and is set for for release sometime this year.
