Pop singer Britney Spears and her new fiance Jason Trawick flew to Las Vegas Friday night (Dec 16) where they celebrated their newly announced engagement at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
The couple was also in Sin City celebrating Jason’s 40th birthday, and to kick off the festivities, Spears and Trawick had dinner at the Sugar Factory American Brasserie, where they reportedly feasted on salmon and ate the eatery’s famous chocolate pizza.
Right before midnight, the duo and 30 of their closest friends & family members hit the Chateau nightclub where Spears presented her new fiance with a two-tier red velvet birthday cake.
“She seemed really excited to be at the club,” an insider tells Us Weekly of the soon-to-be Mrs. Trawick, who debuted her three-carat Neil Lane ring for the first time Friday night at the bash, which doubled as an engagement celebration for the pair.
According to Radar Online, Britney and Jason don’t plan on getting married until two lawsuits against Britney are settled and her conservatorship is lifted, which is all supposed to happen in the coming months.
