After making his network debut on “The Late Show with David Letterman” last week, Hip-Hop star Young Jeezy hit up “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this week for another late-night show performance!
This time, the ATL rapper performed a medley of “I Do” and “Lose My Mind,” both from his highly anticipated upcoming album “Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition,” due in stores next Tuesday (Dec 20).
