Rapper Foxy Brown has had her fair share of run-ins with the law, but this time it’s her brother that is facing jail time.
After going on a birthday shopping spree with fake credit cards, Brown’s brother, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand, recently plead guilty to two counts of felony identity theft and could be sentenced to a maximum of five years in state prison.
Marchand spent over $8,000 on luxury goods with the stolen credit card and paid for his alcohol tab at a Manhattan nightclub. He was busted in August 2010 after he tried to use a fake MasterCard to buy clothes at Hermes, a fancy French boutique in NYC.
Marchand, who was formerly a part of his sisters Fox 5 group, will find out his fate when he is sentenced on September 28th.
