Even though Rihanna and Matt Kemp broke up over half a year ago (back in December 2010), the L.A. Dodgers baseball player insists that he and his ex-girlfriend are still friends.
“She’s a good friend of mine,” Kemp told Us Weekly recently.
So is there any bad blood between the two? “No, not at all,” he said. “We’ve all got busy lives and we’re working on our careers and concentrating on our careers. Like I said, I wish her all the best of luck and she wishes me all the best of luck.”
Kemp admitted that dating someone in the public eye brought on “a lot of attention,” and said right now he’s single, “just chillin’ [and] focusing on baseball.”
He also revealed what he’s looking for in a lady. “Nice shoes, great teeth, good smile, good skin,” he said. “It doesn’t matter [if they’re famous or not], as long as they have a good heart and a good head on her shoulders.”
