Lady Gaga has split from her on-and-off partner of 6 years, heavy metal drummer Luc Carl.
The couple began dating in 2005 but split when Gaga hit the height of fame. They reconciled in 2010 with Gaga admitting that they were both in a monogamous relationship.
In an interview with Grazia Magazine the singer also admitted that she had never had great sex until she found and fell in love with Carl.
Mother Monster confirmed her split from the drummer when she appeared on UK talk show The Graham Norton Show. When asked if she has a significant other she confessed: “No, I don’t have a boyfriend and haven’t been on any dates recently.”
However, Carl may be missing the “Born This Way” singer as he took to Twitter and quoted the words to Bob Seger’s song, “Still the Same.”
In what may have been an indirect response, Gaga tweeted on May 9th: “I need a man who thinks it right when it’s so wrong, right on the limits where we know we both belong.”
