Early yesterday morning, Oksana Grigorieva officially dropped her domestic violence case against her former lover and baby daddy, Mel Gibson.
Her lawyer, Dan Horowitz, announced the news this morning in meeting with the judge on the case as well as Mel’s legal team. And according to TMZ, Mel’s lawyer, Stephen Kolodny and the judge were visibly shocked.
Reports say that Oksana dropped the domestic violence claim as a gesture — extending an olive branch in an attempt to settle the custody case.
Although the criminal case has been dropped- – no word has been given if Oksana will still pursue a civil lawsuit against Mel.
