Even though she was recently sentenced to 120 days in prison, troubled Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan may not have to serve time behind bars after-all!
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department allows inmates to serve their time at home as long as they wear an electronic monitoring device.
And since Lindsay’s crime is a non-violent misdemeanour offense, she’ll be able to make use of that condition.
The judge presiding over the case has made it clear that Lindsay will be treated just like any other defendant, and people in her position don’t get put behind bars.
We’re sure Lindsey has no contest with this argument!
