Willow Smith Whips Her Hair Back and Forth in Manchester, England [PHOTOS]

Willow Smith whipped her neon-colored braids back and forth Monday night (Mar 21) at the MEN Arena in Manchester, England. The 10-year-old rising Pop star was in town to perform as the opening act for her good friend, Pop sensation Justin Bieber, who is currently on tour in the UK.
