Although Lindsay Lohan already has high powered attorney Shawn Holley, who is very much in charge of her pending case. Lindsay’s movie producer buddy Keith Middlebrook is claiming to be her new “legal consultant strategist.”
This big mouth producer even went as far as to make the bold and very unlikely statement that he “guarantees that Ms. Lohan will not have any jail time.” Middlebrook also made the ridiculous prediction that Lindsay’s “probation violation charges will be dropped.”
“Lindsay is more confident than ever and she has a spring in her step after her last court hearing,” Middlebrook’s producing partner Nathan Folks tells RadarOnline.com. “She is determined to get her life back on track and put all this behind her. She is in a great place right now and she is steering clear of alcohol and drugs. We can’t to get the movie going and she can’t either.”
It’s also important to point out that despite doling out all this “priceless” legal advice, RadarOnline.com checked with the California Bar Association and discovered that Middlebrook is not a member. Matter of fact, there’s no indication that he’s an attorney at all!
