First her baby daddy catches a break … now Oksana Grigorieva catches one as well.
According to TMZ, Grigorieva, ex-girlfriend/baby mother of Hollywood actor Mel Gibson, will not will NOT be charged with felony extortion by the L.A. County District Attorney.
The extortion investigation was launched in connection with the $15 million dollar deal she signed and then rejected during child custody mediation with Gibson back in May of 2010.
In the deal, Oksana was promised a house, assets and various other incentives, in addition to the guarantee that she wouldn’t release the infamous audio tapes of Mel.
After the news broke that she would not be charged, a rep for Grigorieva released a statement.
“Ms. Grigorieva will now concentrate on co-parenting Lucia, resuming her charitable work for the children of Chernobyl and moving forward with her life,” the statement read.
Does ANYONE get charged in Hollywood anymore? Geez…
