According to sources connected with the on-going Lindsay Lohan felony grand theft case, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley, has been speaking with Danette Meyers, the prosecuting attorney about a potential plea deal, but Meyers won’t budge on Lindsay doing six months in jail.

According to TMZ, Holley and Meyers will go to court next week and meet with Judge Keith Schwartz in his chambers where Holley will ask the judge what sentence he would hand down if Lindsay pleads guilty or no contest.

Sources familiar with the case believe Judge Schwartz  will probably go for a three-month sentence and Lindsay will only do about 20% of the actual sentence because of overcrowding.  So, if Judge Schwartz gave Lindsay three months, she’d only serve 18 days (which is way better than 6 months).

So … it’s beginning to look like Lilo might get off the hook easily for the umpteenth time!
