According to published reports, on Tuesday (Mar 1) a judge temporarily stripped controversial actor Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons after his soon to be ex-wife Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration alleging that an upset Charlie threatened her by saying:
“I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom” .
As a result of Sheen’s alleged threats Brooke’s lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Sheen to surrender their twin boys, Bob and Max, to Brooke while the TRO is in effect.
Police removed the boys from Charlie’s house late Tuesday.
Today’s March 2nd hearing was held without notice to Charlie so his lawyers were not present.
Brooke’s lawyer confessed to the judge that Ms. Mueller is currently in a “day treatment” facility for substance abuse. Brooke will see the kids for around 4 hours a day while the TRO is in effect and her mom will provide care for the rest of the day.
Is it just us, or do these Sheen stories have a new twist and turn with each passing day??? SMH…
