Recent reports suggest that Kelsey Grammer‘s soon to be ex-wife Camille Grammer will not be returning for the second season of Bravo‘s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reality TV show.

However, Grammer’s rep tells CNN that she hasn’t made any solid decisions on that just yet, and won’t until after the reunion show (recorded earlier this week) airs later this month.

Bravo also pretty much iterated Grammer’s statement with one of their own.

“We are focused on finishing off season 1 strong; we just taped a very explosive reunion that will answer a lot of viewers’ questions,” a Bravo rep said. “No decisions or announcements have been made regarding anything on a season 2.”

According to TMZ, Camille just negotiated a brand new deal with Bravo that will allow her to leave the show immediately.

As we reported … Camille wanted off the show because she feels she was portrayed as a hateable woman … not representative of who she really is. According to Camille’s deal, Bravo had the right to either pick up her option for season 2 or cut her, but the contract didn’t give Camille the right to walk. Stein went to Bravo and argued the network misrepresented to Camille the way she would be portrayed and therefore she was fraudulently induced into signing on.

TMZ has learned … a few days ago Bravo gave Camille an out in her deal, allowing her to walk right now. We’re told Camille’s intention is to leave the show, but she won’t formally exercise her option until the reunion show airs later this month. The subtext — if Bravo has any hope of keeping Camille they better be nice in the editing bay.

Meanwhile, Camille Grammer is going through a pretty nasty divorce with Kelsey Grammer, who is reportedly engaged and ready to marry as soon as the divorce between himself and Camille is finalized.

Drama. Drama. And more drama! SMH…
