Kim Kardashian partied it up with her brother Rob Kardashian and her new friend, music video director Hype Williams, on New Year’s Eve (Fri. Dec 31). The three of them counted down to 2011 at TAO Nightclub in Las Vegas, where Kim also gave an exclusive first listen of her debut single “Turn It Up.”
