Michael Douglas doesn’t have to worry about his money greedy ex-wife Diandra any more….(well at least for now).
A New York judge recently dropped a lawsuit filed by Diandra Douglas over the summer claiming that she was entitled to 50 percent of the actor’s payout for his latest film “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps”. To her surprise… the judge decided that the case didn’t belong in a New York court.
“It’s been dismissed out of New York. I don’t know if she’ll bring a lawsuit in California [which would have primary jurisdiction because of residency]. But I think it would be foolish to do so and will be dismissed on the merits,” Michael’s attorney Marilyn Chinitz stated.
Geez woman…give the man a break! He’s sick for Christ-sake. SMH.
