Friends of Chelsea Clinton have said in the past that no celebrities would be invited to her upcoming wedding but it’s beginning to look like things have changed slightly. Big names like President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg & his wife Kate Capshaw, Barbra Streisand, Ted Turner and more were found on Chelsea and her fiance Mark Mezvinsky‘s gues-tlist for their July 31st wedding to be held at Aster Court in a small town called Rhinebeck, New York.
The rural town of Rhinebeck is about 90 miles north of New York City and has been visited frequently by the Clinton family over the years for vacations and political fundraisers. The historical town is also a popular get-away spot for New York’s wealthy.
30-year-old Chelsea Clinton announced her engagement to 32-year-old investment banker Mark Mezvinskky in November of 2009. The pair has known each other since they were teenagers, having met through their parents who are all politicians.
