Whenever you rent something (like an expensive sports car for instance), you’re supposed to return it to the owner in the condition you found it right?

Well apparently Nicki Minaj didn’t get the memo, because according to a lawsuit filed by Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, the Young Money rapper (and her BFF/video co-star Amber Rose) banged up a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago she rented from them for $1,750 per day to shoot her “Massive Attack” debut music video.

The suit, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, states that the car was driven “off-road” and incurred about $12,000 worth of damages. In addition, the rental company alleges that Nicki failed to pay three days rent on the car (another $5,250). The Los Angeles area rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage and punitive damage.

Damn Nicki!! How are you gonna rent a car from someone and not tell them that you’re gonna be doing donuts in the desert? SMH…
