Jay-Z and Beyonce were spotted sitting in the stands over the weekend (Fri. May 14) watching the New York Yankees vs. Minnesota Twins baseball game in New York City at Yankee Stadium. Jay-Z and Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez are really good friends, and the NY rapper brought out his wife and his grandmother Hattie White to enjoy the ballgame.
In related news, it was recently announced that Jay-Z and Eminem plan to headline a concert at the Yankee Stadium in September, making them the first performers to take the stage at the brand new stadium. The rappers are also scheduled to perform a concert at Comerica Park in Detroit.
