Jazz legend Natalie Cole, pictured above with her sisters Timolin and Casey, celebrated her 60th birthday Thursday night (Feb 4) at TAO in New York City. The birthday girl had three dress changes and popped out of a cake at the party, despite her recovering from an elbow injury (which explains the sling).
