The investigation on whether or not Michael Jackson’s was a homicide has finally been fully reviewed and completed. Investigators came to the conclusion that Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged with the death of the late Michael Jackson. According to TMZ, detectives completed their investigation last month and the case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as possible.
Sources are stating that the case is complicated because Dr. Murray didn’t break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson, but as for the charge, a decision has not been made. TMZ sources say: “the likelihood is involuntary manslaughter, which requires a showing of gross negligence.”
