With the help of Bartley International, young R&B entertainer Chris Brown hosted a party at the 400 Club at PLAY in South Beach Miami on New Year’s Day (Fri. Jan 1). Other stars who joined in on the festivities were Lil Wayne, Bow Wow, Young Jeezy, Flo Rida, Busta Rhymes and more. Chris’ homie Teyana Taylor also came through to party with everyone at the Miami nightclub as they celebrated the new year.
