Just days after T.I. got out of jail and was sent to a halfway house, Grand Hustle comedian Lil Duval found himself in some trouble of his own. Lil Duval (real name: Roland Powell) was arrested last Thursday (Christmas Eve) in Dekalb County (in Atlanta) for failure to appear in court on a previous charge. A Grand Hustle employee tells Ozone Mag that the comedian’s warrant stems from a minor traffic charge in Clay County in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL.
If you follow Duval on Twitter, you’ll know that he tweeted out a string of hilarious twitpics from the slammer (they allow cell phones in jail now?!) and posted one last and final message: “Retweet #freelildvual for a couple of days please…”
You’ve gotta have a sense of humor to be cracking jokes while you’re behind bars during the Holidays! SMH…
