Nelly brought a lot of smiles to a lot of faces Friday (Dec 11) when he paid a visit to young cancer patients at the Aflac Children’s Cancer Center of Atlanta inside the Egleston Hospital in Georgia’s capital city. Making sure he spent a little quality time with each and every child, the St. Louis rapper signed autographs, posed for pictures and played video games with the sick children, and with the help of Macy’s delivered gifts to them and brightened up their Holiday season.
