Actress Halle Berry posed for a few pictures as she arrived on the red carpet of her “An Evening of Awareness” charity benefit Monday (Nov 16) at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City. Berry hosted the event, which was held to raise awareness for the Jenesse Center, a domestic violence intervention program, and a 24/7 teen suicide crisis prevention hotline called the “Trevor Project.”
In related news, the 43-year-old actress told OK! Magazine that she doesn’t have any plans to go under the knife … ever! She says she goes through a strict daily beauty regime just so that she won’t have to resort to plastic surgery.
“I’m not one of those people who opts for plastic surgery, so my philosophy is to take care of what you have. I’m really serious about my skincare regimen at night. I never ever go to bed – or even nap – with make-up on.”
