 
Former plus size America’s Next Top Model nominee Toccara celebrated her 25th birthday last Tuesday night at PM nightclub in New York City. The guestlist included the likes of Jay-Z, Beyonce, Musiq Soulchild, Rich Boy, Remy Ma and some non-celebs we could care less about… And it looks like Jayonce had to leave early because we all know Miss Toccara had to pay Mike Kyser (VP of Def Jam), who hosted the party, $59.99 good money for them to stay their asses a good hour!!
