President Obama Gets Gully with Fox News Reporter [VIDEO]

During his first formal White House press conference of the year, President Obama had to “get real” with a Fox News reporter who asked him a ridiculous question about raising gas prices, which some political analysts have warned will increase if a war with Iran were to break out.

“Your critics will say on Capitol Hill that you want gas prices to go higher, because you have said before that will wean the American people off fossil fuels onto renewable fuels. How do you respond to that?” Fox News correspondent Ed Henry said.

A clearly annoyed President Obama replied:

“Ed, just from a political perspective, do you think the President of the United States, going into reelection, wants gas prices to go up even higher?” he said. Turning to the room at large, he added, “Is there anybody here who thinks that makes a lot of sense?”

Peep the footage below:

Your thoughts? Do you agree with President Obama?

I’m sure he is not the cause of the rising gas prices, however, he has got to figure out a way to bring the prices back down. We paying $3.95-$4.15 here in Illinois, California and Florida are paying over $5. If gas prices don’t decrease, minimum wage has to increase on every state, and it can’t be just a quarter or even 50cents. I like Obama, and wouldn’t mind seeing him for a 2nd term, but he has got to kick things into overdrive now. There is no more procrastination available. November will be here within a flash mob.
