Hot on the heels of her controversial and much talked about Grammy Awards performance, Nicki Minaj has released her new single “Starships!”

The track, produced by RedOne (Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, etc.) is set to appear on Nicki’s upcoming sophomore album “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,” due in stores April 3.

“Starships is one of my absolute, absolute favorite records on Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,” Nicki told Ryan Seacrest yesterday about the song. “It makes people feel happy and that’s all I want. I want to start the year off with making people feel good.”
