Are Brandy and Terrance J getting close??

The two were spotted cuddled up at the Raptors-Knicks game last night (Wed. Dec 8th) at Madison Square Garden in New York City. We don’t know if it’s anything serious….but from the looks of it, they could make a cute couple! Don’t you think?
