50 Cent and Soulja Boy Cover XXL Magazine’s November 2010 Issue

50 Cent and Soulja Boy mean mug on the cover of the November 2010 issue of XXL Magazine, which will feature a provocative photoshoot and three-part cover story that includes separate profiles on 50 and Soulja, followed by a Q&A roundtable discussion between the two rappers.

In the issue, Soulja Boy also talks about his “connection” with 50 Cent, and you’ll never believe what he says. Read for yourself below!!

SB on his connection to 50 Cent: “Being Black, with money, from the hood, struggles, and coming from nothing to something, of course you’re going to share the common struggles. You going to have people hate. You going to have people that change on you, and all that. So of course, watching 50, and him going through what he did—if there wasn’t no 50 Cent, there would be no Soulja Boy. You know what I mean?”

About his young counterpart, Fif says, “If I had the wish to be another artist, just for right now, it would be Soulja Boy.”

Wow! Sounds like Soulja Boy and 50 Cent are officially BFFs now. And is it just us, or is something totally OFF about that cover??? We can’t quite put our finger on it……but something just doesn’t look right!

    Guys, I don’t think that is 50 cent unless he had all those tatoos removed from his right arm. Look at pics of him with his shirt off. 50 damn near has a sleeve on that arm. WTF. Who is that?

    50 had the tatoos removed from his arm last year. It was becoming inconvenient for him when making films (going through hours of make up to cover them.) I know 50 is all about making buzz throukgh controversy but I don’t this is the type of buzz he was going for. The biggest problem with the picture is three (3) things
    1. Why does Soulja Boy have his shirt off?
    2. Why is he grabbing his crotch with his shirt off?
    3. Why is he grabbing his crotch, with his shirt off, with another dude arm wrapped around him, with the violated expression on his face????

    This photo is OBVIOUSLY meant to sell copies to all the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, or just plain natural down-lo brothers out there. Someone should dig in the tranches for similar gay photos taken in the 50s where it had to be subliminal, only sort of showing, and compare it to this. I’m sure there will be many similarities.
