Lindsay Lohan was released from jail early this morning after spending 13 days of out her 90 day sentence. According to the LA Sheriff’s spokesman, the actress was released at around 1:35 A.M. and has been sent directly to her next destination…. REHAB!

Over the weekend, Judge Marsha Revel changed her mind about Lindsay’s rehab facility and instead of having to report at Morningside Recovery, she has been sent to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, where her doctors and court appointed psychiatrists recommended in the first place.
Lindsay will not be placed in a psych ward but in an intense specialized program that will deal with both her psychological and addiction problems. She will spend 90 days in the center and unfortunately for her, there will be no early release from this one.
Something tells us we haven’t heard the last of Lindsay and her legal troubles though…
