Wow, Lil Wayne has the worst luck. The rapper was scheduled to attend a court date in Arizona today, but there’s only one thing preventing him from making this appearance… he’s currently in a New York City prison serving his 1 year sentence. But despite that, Yuma County, AZ do about this? They went ahead and issued a bench warrant for his arrest even though they knew Weezy was behind bars. How childish.

According to TMZ, Wayne pled not guilty in the past to a litany of drug charges related to a January 2008 arrest, where DEA agents found 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy pills and a 40-caliber pistol on his tour bus.

So does this mean Wayne’s gonna get MORE time tacked on when he gets out in 8 – 12 months?
