Reports of Rihanna and a new love have been swarming like crazy in recent months. There are various reports of who the pop superstar is and has been dating; they vary from being open to dating women, fellow musician Justin Timberlake, to the most recent reports (and pics) of LA Dodger Matt Kemp.
By now we’ve all gotten the chance to see the pics of Rihanna in Mexico with (seemingly) her new baseball star beau. I think more people than not are probably exceedingly ecstatic to see Rihanna find a new love interest, and to (at least) look so happy. But we all probably hope, for both of their sakes, that she’s taken enough time for herself to recover from the emotional (and physical) wounds of her intense breakup with Chris Brown.
Kemp looks like a little more of a “grown man” than the her last love; he’s got a few more years of life & experience under his belt, comes from the midwest, and seems to be one of the names to know and players to follow in baseball. Additionally, maybe finding another person with status outside of music will give RiRi the opportunity to expand her horizons, see some new things and positively move forward in her personal, professional, and public life.
Here’s hoping for her (and Matt’s) continued success, individually and collectively… now as for Chris Brown…. ::sighs::
